Seda and the staff made quarantine so much more comfortable and tolerable

I unfortunately had to experience 10 days of quarantine with countless other people. I am not a fan of being in quarantine; however, I am a fan of Seda. The staff helped to make the isolation of quarantining silo much more tolerable. The room had everything I needed: small kitchen, living area, bedroom/bathroom, and laundry! I was able to do laundry which is exciting when you are stuck indoors for 10 days and trying to be productive. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality during this pandemic and answering my questions about covid testing and covid tracking apps. Everyone was so helpful. Thank you to the young lady at the front desk who had to help me secure my beauty product because I broke it. It’s the little things from such courteous staff that make me want to return to Seda post pandemic.

Unfortunately I was not able to see the rest of the property or avail of the pool since it was closed due to the pandemic. It would be helpful to have grocery options at the hotel since we cannot have delivery service from outside.

Great location

Clean and tidy, good location in the heart of Makati, spacious room and the pool was nice. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before catching our flight. Would happily stay again.

The breakfast buffet is average, same as the service.

Safe and comfortable place to stay.

The space and comfort the one bedroom afforded us. We especially appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer.

The property is a 30-minute walk to Greenbelt area. But the covered walk helped us complete our daily 10,000+ steps. The covered walk protected us from the sun, rain, and dust.

Very relaxing and very much enjoyable

I travel a lot. And this is my favorite hotel! I’ve came back and stayed here twice because I loved it so much. The rooftop bar is amazing! And the breakfast on the rooftop is also amazing! The room and beds are huge! The staff is amazing and so kind. 10/10 recommend

The price has gone up some since the first time I visited. But still not bad.

Close to every thing.lots of eatery on the ground n second floor A plus is the laundry facility.

Don't hesitate. This place is fantastic.

The staff were courteous, accommodating, friendly without being intrusive. It seemed as though nothing we asked for was impossible, and everyone was ready to assist when asked. Our room was huge, well-appointed and comfortable, and we were even able to host friends to lunch because there was a stove, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and a working fridge, microwave and kettle. The beds were comfortable, and we really couldn't have asked for anything more. The location is near restaurants, a Starbucks and even a convenience store. The rooftop pool had a good view of the city and towels are available. There are lounging chairs and even tables where you can sit and have coffee or a meal while the kids enjoy the water. A big bonus -- the pool is just outside the lobby's cafe/lounge area so if you feel peckish after a swim, you can grab a snack or drink there. Whether you're a solo traveler or celebrating a special weekend with family and young children, you won't regret choosing this place. We are definitely staying again.

The breakfast selection was pretty varied but the pancit canton (stir-fried noodles) was eye-wateringly salty. Hopefully they can do something about it. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay!

The whole experience was great! Liked the room, the breakfast, and the staff. Every one of them were smiling and it doesn't even look fake/forced - from the guards upon entrance to all the staff we encountered during our stay. There weren't many people at the hotel, as well, so we had a peaceful stay. We were accommodated at the Misto for breakfast with a smile from all the staff up there even though we went up at past 9:30 already. Food was good, too. You can choose to be seated inside or outside for fresh-ish air and a great view of the Metro. You can also ask the staff outside to cook omelet to your liking (choose the ingredients!). Also had the pool almost to ourselves (there was only one other user there) when we went swimming in the morning. Room was spacious enough for two people and the amenities were practical and luxurious at the same time lol I mean, the ref was a full size with 2 doors instead of the usual personal ref found in most hotels. Appreciated the kitchen amenities - got the cooker, microwave, oven toaster, and the basic equipment, although we weren't able to use them. Hoping to visit/use the other facilities/amenities (gym, massage, etc.) next time, and maybe go up for breakfast earlier so we don't run out of bacon hehe Oh, and it was quite a bit of walk to Greenbelt and Glorietta so I suggest you take a Grab/Taxi if you plan on visiting the mall areas but are not a fan of walking. We plan on coming back with family/friends because we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! Especially if you're looking for a place to stay in Makati for a long period of time.

My boyfriend said the temperature of the room was a little hot for a hotel and we couldn't adjust it ourselves so we had to call it in. The 'Engineer', as the reception called him, took a while to come up to our room and adjusted it for us. My boyfriend said it was still a bit hot, though. One thing I wish they had, though, was a bidet. Even most offices nowadays have one in every CR so I hope they think of installing one soon so we can use it when we come back

Exceptional

Everything and Everyone Accommodation: It was spacious and amenities were well maintained. Staff: Everyone made our stayed memorable and very helpful even when we needed to rent a cab or grab car. Location and Amenities: There are alot of restaurants and cafes at the ground floor since it is connected to mall. The pool area was open (not indoor) and offered a great view of the Makati CBD. If you are a balikbayan and looking for a premium place to stay in Ayala area without the premium price and don't bother walking about 20-30 mins to Greenbelt, Glorietta (we had kids with us) then I highly recommend this place. The breakfast buffet spread is well thought of - catering to both balikbayan's palette (think of okra, tuyo,amplaya, danggit, pandesal, taho, etc.) and foreigner's continental taste and also they change their menu daily so we look forward to eating every day. We honestly considered staying in Discovery Primea because of its location but decided to stay in Seda when we finalised our itinerary and realised we only had a day to spend in Greenbelt so we didn't mind the walk. We stayed for 4 days and didn't want to leave and transfer hotel. The photos matched the hotel itself in real life. And I am saying this because we experienced a hotel claiming 4 stars and it was false advertisement.

Just one experience when I booked a room service massage treatment, waited for 1.5 hours and was very tired and sleepy to keep my head up. I called to find out that it wasn't book at all and I was waiting for nothing. That kind if ruined my night and could have been perfect without it.

Awesome

The room was OK but it is difficult to fully rate Seda residences at this time since this is being used as a quarantine facility where guests are not able to go down and check out restaurants, check out the gym etc..etc... we are locked inside the room for 10 days. and I am guessing that they only have a regular cook who can cook at home instead of the chef in hotels during the NOT PANDEMIC time. IT is still pandemic time here.

A very relaxing staycation! Looking forward to the next one!

Almost everything! From the check-in to the parking validation, the location, the breakfast buffet, our room, etc! Will definitely go back here!

If there's one thing that may be looked into, maybe the hotel can look into making the pool heated. Or have a heated jacuzzi, because the water in the pool tends to get too cold in the afternoon. A minor matter that didn't affect our pleasant staycation. We still enjoyed it, and will definitely return! :)
